The Hayden Island Neighborhood Network (HiNooN)
HiNooN is a city-chartered neighborhood association that represents you. We focus on issues that concern Hayden Island as a whole. We are a neighborhood association for ALL islanders and a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Meetings are held on the second Thursday of the month. These meetings are open to the public, although Covid has kept them on-line the last few years. We hope to provide in-person meetings in the very near future.
